Assistant Manager for a Premium brand in Sheffield
I have a fantastic opportunity to join a classic English heritage brand who will be opening a new store in Sheffield\'s iconic shopping mall.
This is an exciting time to join a brand who are quickly expanding nationwide, offering fine tailoring and accessories to more men and women.
I am keen to speak to Assistant Managers who have worked in highstreet or premium fashion retail at Management level.
You will be key in leading and supporting a team, striving to achieve KPIs, store targets, build a loyal clientele, and sharing your knowledge in styling, fabrics and fit with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maximise Sales and the potential of Staff
· Ensuring all staff are trained and competent in using store systems
· Assisting with the implementation of all new policies and procedures
· Stock Management
· Report to Store Manager
The Candidate:
· Solid experience of at least 3 years working in a Management position
· Experience of working within retail [preferably fashion retail] Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills coupled with an organised and proactive approach.
· The ability to lead and motivate others is key to success.
· There is a requirement to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends at times.
