After deciding that she would not attend law school, Amanda transitioned her talent representation career from the west to the east coast, and left the entertainment industry for legal staffing and recruiting. For over a decade, she was a top producer at two of the country’s largest legal staffing firms where she provided interim solutions and direct-hire placements to law firms and corporations throughout the country. In 2018, Amanda founded Opus Lex Partners to bring a hands-on, customized, and personalized approach back to legal recruiting. At Opus Lex, which translates to “legal body of work,” our body of work includes finding the very best for every search. Amanda is passionate about her work and enjoys the challenges and competitive nature. When she’s not sourcing top legal talent for her clients, you can find her spending time with her husband, their three children, and three rescue dogs at home in Atlanta. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

After enjoying several years at home with her children, Jennifer returned to the legal recruiting business as a consultant with a boutique legal recruiting firm. She joined Opus Lex Partners to provide a broader range of service offerings to her well-established client base. Jennifer is an active member of the Atlanta community and a mother to two beautiful children. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University.

Rachel Bernstein began her career in elementary education after earning her B.A. from Florida Gulf Coast University, driven by a deep passion for teaching and helping others grow. While she loved working in the classroom, she eventually found herself wanting more and questioned whether she could feel that same passion in another field. That changed when she discovered legal recruiting, where she thrived in building connections and supporting professional development—most recently as a Recruiting Specialist at Jones Day. Now serving as the Director of Associate Recruiting at OpusLex Partners, Rachel is excited to be on the other side of legal recruiting, helping top talent navigate their next career moves. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, cooking, and staying active.
