Our team is comprised of expert legal recruiters, former law firm lateral recruiting managers, and talent agency veterans. We understand professional services, white-glove service, and bespoke legal recruiting, and were uninspired by the highly-transactional, impersonal and rigid staffing models utilized by mega-sized staffing firms.
Drawing upon our decades of experience, we are excited to bring a hands-on, customized and personalized approach back to legal recruiting. At OpusLex, which literally means “legal body of work,” our body of work includes finding the very best for each and every search.
