The position:
We are looking for a 360 Contract Recruitment Consultant with experience in contract staffing to join Inoltra in our New Jersey office.

Responsibilities:
- Outbound business development and candidate qualification
- Growing accounts, establishing connections and rapport with new and existing clients
- Fully qualify and understand clients hiring requirements
- Sourcing, managing and interviewing candidates over the telephone and via email to match the clients needs
- Developing your targeted market knowledge, building and maintaining a specialist network of high calibre SAP professionals
- Organising and managing the full recruitment process
- Develop and build long term strategic customer relationships through multiple channels of communication
- In person meetings and participating in industry events
- Lead generation and job postings
Skills required:
- The ideal candidate will have prior IT recruitment experience, however outbound, customer facing sales experience will also be considered
- Exceptional people skills, with an interest in networking
- A personal drive for working towards personal and company goals
- Fluent English language and high level written English with the ability to communicate clearly (additional languages is highly beneficial)
- Strong negotiation skills
- A confident and out-going personality with strong influencing skills.
- High levels of self-motivation and excellent customer service skills.
- An entrepreneurial, accountable and passionate individual.
- Strong work ethic principles, being organised and time management focused is essential
