What you will work on

Building and enhancing backend services and high-availability systems
Designing scalable REST APIs used in real-world high-traffic environments
Working end-to-end across design, development, CI/CD, and release
Contributing to a modern engineering culture that values autonomy, quality, and continuous improvement

Tech & skills required

3–5 years’ backend Java experience

Strong Spring (Core/Boot)

REST APIs

Relational databases (schema design, performance optimisation)

CI/CD, Git, modern dev practices

Experience building high-availability, scalable systems

Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, etc.)
