Job Description

As a Test Engineer, you will play a key role in the testing and development of cutting-edge HVAC components for the automotive industry. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the bench test area to ensure accurate test setup, execution, and reporting.
• Analysing customer specifications to develop and manage test plans.
• Organising test schedules and resources, including external facilities.
• Preparing detailed test reports and data analyses for stakeholders.
• Managing the procurement of testing tools and fixtures.
• Ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and quality improvements.

Skills & Experience

To excel as a Test Engineer, you should have:

• A degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
• Background in automotive testing is desirable.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, such as injection molding, aluminium brazing, and pipe bending.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using engineering tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to create detailed technical reports.
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally when required.
