Job Description:

As a Site Services Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation and improvement of our buildings, infrastructure, and ancillary equipment. Collaborating with contractors and team members, you will help maintain a safe, efficient, and high-performing site. This role involves carrying out planned maintenance, executing timely repairs, and contributing to initiatives that enhance engineering and site performance targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct planned and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functionality of equipment.
  • Work closely with contractors and team members to resolve breakdowns and implement lasting solutions.
  • Perform daily operational checks, including start-up, shutdown, and line patrols.
  • Oversee site effluent systems and ensure adherence to environmental regulations.
  • Handle tasks such as plumbing, decorating, basic electrical work, and fabrication.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support the execution of action plans.
  • Log all maintenance activities and temporary repairs in the CMMS system.

 

Skills & Experience:

We are seeking a Site Services Technician with the ability to:

  • Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, addressing potential risks.
  • Support site operations, including event setups, logistics, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and service schedules.
  • Drive energy efficiency improvements and manage waste and recycling programs.
  • Respond swiftly to emergencies, minimizing downtime and ensuring site functionality.
