Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, managing, and delivering multiple projects simultaneously. Working with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects from conception through production, aligning with the company’s high standards for quality, cost-efficiency, and timeliness.

Your responsibilities as a Project Manager will include:

• Leading end-to-end project management, from design to implementation.
• Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Managing stakeholder expectations through consistent communication and updates.
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Organizing and leading project-level meetings to ensure team alignment.
• Supporting the reporting of key performance indicators linked to organizational goals.
• Championing company values and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication.
• Strong skills in project scheduling, risk management, and financial acumen.
  
  

Desirable:

• Formal project management qualifications (APM, Prince2, or Agile).
• Degree in a relevant field.
