Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, managing, and delivering multiple projects simultaneously. Working with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects from conception through production, aligning with the company’s high standards for quality, cost-efficiency, and timeliness.
Your responsibilities as a Project Manager will include:
- Leading end-to-end project management, from design to implementation.
- Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Managing stakeholder expectations through consistent communication and updates.
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Organizing and leading project-level meetings to ensure team alignment.
- Supporting the reporting of key performance indicators linked to organizational goals.
- Championing company values and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication.
- Strong skills in project scheduling, risk management, and financial acumen.
Desirable:
- Formal project management qualifications (APM, Prince2, or Agile).
- Degree in a relevant field.
