Job Description:
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales and services across the company’s internal customer base. Your role will focus on building strong relationships, overseeing daily operations, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand company products and internal processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal customers across group companies.
- Manage key accounts and address any issues that arise.
- Use the company CRM to ensure accurate data.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement best practices.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and increased profitability.
- Collect and analyse data to support forecasting and reporting.
Skills & Experience:
- Sales and customer service experience, preferably in production, technical, or engineering settings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.
- Ability to analyse and interpret sales data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Multilingual capabilities (optional).
