A leading specialist in music and entertainment accounting is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their dynamic, growing team based in Central London.

What you will be doing as a Bookkeeper

• Day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients in the music/touring sector
• Reconciling tour income and expenses, managing petty cash and tour floats
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns (including TOMS, where applicable)
• Supporting client managers with management accounts and year-end prep
• Liaising with tour managers, artist teams, and external suppliers

What you will need to succeed as a Bookkeeper

• Experience with tour accounting is essential
• Strong bookkeeping knowledge, ideally within music, entertainment, or creative industries
• Comfortable working with cloud accounting systems (Xero preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Either qualified by experience (QBE), or actively studying (AAT/ACCA/CIMA)
