Our client is looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to join their fast-paced, high-performing team in Dallas, Texas. In this key role, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and Board members, working across time zones and collaborating closely with their Europe-based EA team.

- Efficiently manage senior executives' complex schedules, meeting logistics, and communications. Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and handle expense tracking.
- Coordinate with Legal and leadership to produce and distribute Board materials. Manage meeting logistics, calendars, communications, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Lead small-scale projects, support executive decision-making through research and data, and collaborate with international EA teams for smooth operations.
- Serve as a key liaison between executives, staff, and external partners. Plan and manage executive travel and cross-office events, while ensuring internal communications run seamlessly.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience supporting senior executives, ideally within fintech or a dynamic, high-growth technology environment.
- Exceptional calendar and schedule management skills, with a proven ability to handle shifting priorities and coordinate across multiple senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
- Highly organized and detail-driven, with a proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished, professional presence.
