Our client is a technology-driven company operating at the intersection of luxury goods and ecommerce. They manage multiple consumer-facing brands while also providing innovative digital and supply chain solutions to partners across the broader luxury ecosystem, including manufacturers, retailers, and end customers.

The role focuses on developing advanced analytics and business intelligence capabilities to support strategic decision-making across functions such as finance, operations, marketing, and customer service. The analyst will design dashboards, build predictive models, and translate complex data into actionable insights. Key responsibilities include supporting A/B testing, forecasting, pricing strategy, and supply chain optimization, while ensuring data accuracy and usability. This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, deep technical expertise in data tools, and the ability to drive measurable impact in a fast-paced ecommerce and luxury industry environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports, applying sound analytical methods and prioritizing clear, intuitive data visualizations.
  • Build and deploy models using statistical and machine learning techniques to support data-driven decision-making across diverse use cases.
  • Design and run structured experiments to evaluate business strategies in areas like pricing, marketing tactics, digital UX, and personalization, incorporating causal inference when appropriate.
  • Support broader adoption of analytics by coaching team members on tools, reporting platforms, and best practices to encourage self-service and data fluency.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions by working closely with engineering teams to enhance pipelines, schemas, and data infrastructure.
  • Oversee key data sources, ensuring completeness, reliability, and readiness for analysis across critical systems and business functions.
  • Tackle exploratory questions and ad hoc analyses from stakeholders, delivering clear, actionable insights across a variety of operational and strategic topics.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years in analytical roles, with a focus on quantitative analysis and dashboard
  • Expert-level fluency in both SQL and Tableau, with the ability to communicate these skills to others.
  • Exposure to multiple analytic domain spaces (e.g., revenue management, assortment, forecasting, digital optimization, segmentation, etc).
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and data-presentation skills, including a strong eye for the creation of compelling visual narratives.
  • The ability to take initiative, act independently, and function under ambiguity.
