Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that help guide strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business goals.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.

• Proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Experience with Excel, Python, or R a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Location: Remote

Salary: $70,000-$85,000
