What You will Be Leading

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee a small, capable IT team consisting of a Java Software Engineer and an IT Assistant. You will take ownership of the organisation’s ERP environment and wider technical systems, ensuring stability today while shaping the roadmap for tomorrow.

Your role will include:

•    Managing and supporting the core ERP system (Infor BPCS / Infor LX)
•    Applying your RPG, CL, and QRY400 expertise to enhance and maintain business critical applications
•    Bringing modern development experience (e.g., Java) to help build future solutions
•    Delivering diverse IT projects—from bespoke e invoicing implementations to telephony system upgrades
•    Handling vendor management, contract negotiation, and day to day user system requests
•    Providing steady, reliable leadership that builds confidence across the organisation
