- Proxy Servers, Wi-Fi Router and wireless controllers WAN ~ Uplinks
- Office 365 and Users Group management, 0365 Apps installation and configuration such as Outlook, OneDrive, Teams etc
- Active Directory User Group management
- Maintaining Office Network and Devices such as LAN, WAN, Switches, Desktop / Laptop connectivity, Conferencing devices, Firewall Escalation
- Coordination with backend remote support team for escalations
- SOP based processes
